• Manage and oversee all aspects of the installation in the assigned venue/s
• Ensure effective operation and high-quality output
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to the installation crew, ensuring efficient workflow
• Coordinate with cluster managers, and other department heads for seamless operations
• Address and resolve any issues with installation teams, maintaining high standards of quality
• Monitor and manage stock levels, staff rotas, and vehicle maintenance
• Implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
