Manager, People Partnering – DataDome

Join DataDome as a Manager, People Partnering. You will report to the VP People and manage the internal People Ops / People Partner team based in France and the US, currently three people.

You will be part of the DataDome People team, dedicated to attracting and developing talent, onboarding and supporting BotBusters, and ensuring employee experience and growth across the lifecycle.

The People Team supports an international team of 200 Botbusters and blends strategic HR Partnership, Care & Challenge to empower teams to thrive. You will work with a cross-functional team based in France and the US.

In this role you will act as an advisor and coach to business leaders and managers, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies. You’ll drive initiatives across performance management, organizational development and change management to foster a caring and high-performing culture.

In this position you will…

HR Partnership:

  • Collaborate with employees and managers to understand business goals and align people initiatives accordingly
  • Partner with VP People and management on organizational design aligned to business needs
  • Roll out development plans with the People Ops/People Partner Team
  • Prepare rationales for hiring needs, use people data and insights to support decision-making
  • Analyze HR metrics (attrition, surveys, KPIs) to drive actions

Culture, Employee Experience & Engagement:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to boost engagement and retention
  • Monitor and maintain employee experience through surveys, feedback loops, and action plans
  • Promote a feedback culture and ensure transparent HR communication across teams
  • Animate and strengthen middle-management and managers communities through coaching, trainings and co-development

Performance Management & Talent Development:

  • Identify and close skills gaps with teams
  • Support internal mobilities and promotions, career path frameworks for different departments, succession planning and leadership development
  • Contribute to performance management handling, including goal settings

HR Programs & Compliance:

  • Deploy AI-powered HR processes to drive efficiency and standardize processes globally where appropriate
  • Co-create and roll out company-wide HR initiatives and policies
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring HRIS and related tools, initiatives, and policies meet business needs
  • Provide advice and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies; investigate and support complex ER cases
  • Foster a fair compensation and benefits approach

What we look for...

  • 5+ years in People Partnering or HR Business Partner roles, with at least 2 years managing teams
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is a strong plus
  • Proven success supporting distributed global teams (especially U.S. and France)
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, legal frameworks and employee lifecycle for France (US experience is a plus)
  • AI-savvy and comfortable implementing or using AI-driven tools to enhance HR processes
  • Exceptional communication, empathy, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s or HR certification is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French
