We are seeking a proactive, people‑centric HR Generalist (m/f/d) to join our international People Experience team.
In this role, you will combine hands‑on HR Generalist responsibilities with elements of HR partnering, supporting leaders with day‑to‑day people matters while ensuring compliant, accurate, and high‑quality HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
You will primarily support our Spanish locations and contribute to regional Latin America activities, gaining exposure to diverse cultures, teams, and HR practices within a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR partner and day-to-day People contact for employees and managers.
- Advise leaders on employee relations and people decisions.
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, development, internal mobility, and offboarding.
- Ensure HR administration and legal compliance, including contracts, HRIS data, time management, and alignment with Spanish labour law.
- Provide payroll support in coordination with the Finance team and external providers.
- Partner with the business on talent initiatives such as workforce planning, succession planning, internal mobility, and high‑potential development.
- Support business change and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers on recruitment processes.
- Drive and support People & Culture initiatives, HR programs, and continuous improvement projects.
- Contribute to HR reporting and analytics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Degree in Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law and HR compliance.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- People‑centric mindset, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Proactive, curious, and self‑driven, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
- Experience supporting transformation or change initiatives is a plus.
