Field Sales Manager(Benelux)

We are now looking for a middle-senior level Field Sales Manager .

This position drives offline sales of Anker SOLIX home energy storage products in the Netherlands. Include achieving sales and market share growth, conducting market research, managing key accounts and develope installation partner relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, and providing data-driven sales performance.

This position is a (full-time) , based in(Benelux area) , (home office) , with (frequent business travel) position.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive offline sales operations in the target market, contributing to the achievement of sales targets and sustainable market share growth in the renewable energy sector.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis for offline channels, delivering actionable insights to inform the development of tailored sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, ensuring proactive communication, task follow-up, effective execution, and successful implementation of sales projects.
• Identify, develop, and expand a network of qualified installers to support product deployment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain) to align on product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience in home energy storage/Solar PV/Inverters.
• Proven sales record in the energy storage industry or related renewable energy sectors (e.g., solar, battery systems).
• In-depth knowledge of home energy storage technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements in Europe.
• Team player, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross cultural team environment.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required to support business development and field activities.
