Solutions Manager

• Market Ownership : Manage the product lifecycle in the French solar market, including planning, launch, marketing, sales support, and customer experience.
• Technical Expertise : Act as the go‑to expert for solar inverter technologies (microinverters, string inverters, hybrid inverters, etc.), ensuring compliance with market trends and regulations.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Work with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and R&D to define product needs, prioritize features, and deliver timely solutions.
• Customer Solutions : Support sales by identifying customer requirements, delivering tailored solutions, and participating in RFPs and pilot projects.
• Training & Enablement : Train distributors, installers, and sales teams on product specs, system applications, and competitive positioning.
• Market Analysis : Track competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback to guide product strategies and go‑to‑market plans.
• Travel : in France to meet clients, support deployments, and attend industry events. Occasional international travel.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering , Electronics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical sales , product management , or system integration in the solar or energy storage industry .
• Strong knowledge of solar inverter systems and PV integration, with a focus on electrical and mechanical design.
• Analytical and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and develop technical proposals.
