Key Account Manager
We are partnering with a rapidly growing digital health company at the forefront of regulatory innovation, delivering advanced SaaS solutions to pharmaceutical, biotech and MedTech organizations. With an international footprint across Europe and Latin America, the company is entering a pivotal stage of its commercial expansion.
To support this growth, the company is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and expand strategic accounts across Europe. This role will be central in strengthening long-term partnerships and driving sustainable revenue growth within existing key clients.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will:
- Own and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts across pharma, biotech and MedTech.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify and drive account expansion opportunities (upselling, cross-selling, solution positioning).
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring alignment between their regulatory needs and the company’s SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, regulatory, and delivery teams to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Contribute to revenue growth by maximizing account performance and long-term value creation.
About You
- Proven experience in Key Account Management within life sciences software, SaaS, or regulatory services.
- Experience selling high value-added services and consultative solutions to strategic accounts.
- Strong track record of growing and retaining strategic accounts in complex B2B environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Commercially driven, customer-centric, and comfortable navigating a fast-growing, international environment.
- Fluent in English and French.
