Workday HCM Analyst

We are supporting a highly prestigious global French organisation as they continue to grow their People Technology team.

We’re seeking a Workday HCM Analyst to support a large international region, acting as a key functional point of contact for HR stakeholders and helping ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of their global Workday environment.

This opportunity is offered with a hybrid working pattern requiring onsite presence in central Paris 3 days each week. Salary on offer is likely to be in the range of €55,000 to €60,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Profit Share

This role offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your existing Workday configuration experience across multiple HCM modules within a mature, globally deployed system.

Required Profile

• Experience configuring and maintaining business processes
• Ability to build basic reports, work with calculated fields and applying condition rules within Workday workflows
• Good understanding of HR lifecycle processes and data structures
• Comfortable working in a Tier 2 support environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French
