Keylime Consultants are recruiting on behalf of a global, well‑established and continuously growing organisation. Based in Paris, this role supports the ongoing implementation, optimisation and day‑to‑day management of Workday across several European countries, each with its own regional and regulatory specificities.

This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of up to €70,000, plus bonus and benefits.

As a Workday HCM Analyst, you will be part of a young, dynamic and collaborative HRIS team, working closely with HR stakeholders across the EU. The role blends BAU support, continuous improvement initiatives and project‑management activities, supporting both local and regional HR needs.

You will act as a key link between HR and Systems, so this position suits someone who is people‑oriented, enjoys working closely with stakeholders, and does not take a purely IT‑driven approach.

One of the core responsibilities will be providing end‑to‑end Workday support, including managing and resolving tickets across all support levels, while contributing to system enhancements and Workday projects. While the role is primarily focused on Workday, you will also have the opportunity to work with and learn additional HR tools and systems as part of a broader HR technology landscape.

Workday HCM Analyst – Requirements

• Proven professional experience with Workday, ideally within an international environment
• Hands‑on Core HCM experience is essential
• Strong interest in supporting and developing skills across the wider Workday suite (Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Absence, Talent & Performance, Reporting)
• Experience providing multi‑level support and ticket resolution
• Comfortable supporting Workday across multiple EU countries with regional specificities
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, people‑focused mindset
• Flexible, proactive, eager to learn and happy to work in a dynamic, international team
• Good communication skills; fluency in English is required, French is highly appreciated
• Open to hybrid working, with easy access to the Paris HQ
