This role will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the Workday technical team, translating business needs into system solutions.
The analyst will support both HR and Finance functional domains, contribute to process modeling and continuous improvement, participate in testing activities, and proactively review Workday releases to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in the production environment.
This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and Workday capabilities.
Responsibilities
## **Business Analysis**
Partner with HR and Finance stakeholders to receive and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Workday configuration. Facilitate workshops to clarify requirements and define future-state processes. Ensure requirements are clearly documented and aligned with Workday best practices.
## **Process Modeling & Optimization**
Support the modeling and documentation of HR and Finance processes. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes within Workday. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design scalable and efficient solutions. Participate in the validation and testing of the processes modeled to ensure they meet business needs before deployment.
## **Workday Release Management & Continuous Improvement**
Analyze Workday release notes and new features. Assess potential impacts and opportunities for the organization. Recommend and support the implementation of relevant enhancements in the production environment.
## **Stakeholder Collaboration**
Serve as a bridge between business teams and Workday
