Workday HCM, Abs/TT Analyst
We are partnering with a globally recognised French organisation as they continue to strengthen their People Systems function within a mature international Workday landscape.
They are seeking a Workday HCM Analyst to support a large European population, acting as a key functional contact for HR stakeholders while contributing to the ongoing enhancement of their global Workday environment.
This role will involve significant involvement in Absence and Time Tracking as part of a wider European implementation programme. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing exposure in this area or a strong interest in developing deeper expertise within Absence and Time Tracking.
The position follows a hybrid working pattern, requiring onsite presence in central Paris three days per week. The anticipated salary range is €55,000 to €60,000 plus bonus, benefits and profit share.
This opportunity offers strong exposure across HCM Core within a globally deployed system, alongside the chance to broaden capability in Absence and Time Tracking within a structured international programme environment.
Required Profile
- Exposure to Absence and or Time Tracking, or a clear interest in developing within these areas
- Experience configuring and maintaining business processes
- Ability to build reports, work with calculated fields and apply condition rules within Workday workflows
- Good understanding of HR lifecycle processes and data structures
- Comfortable operating within a Tier 2 support environment
- Professional fluency in both English and French
