Role Summary

Lead the end-to-end user experience strategy for our AI-driven SaaS platform, ensuring all interfaces are intuitive, inclusive, and compliant with the upcoming EU AI Act transparency requirements.

Impact: This role directly influences our market competitiveness by bridging the gap between complex machine learning capabilities and seamless, trustworthy user interactions for over 500,000 global users.

Team Structure

Part of a cross‑functional Product Squad consisting of 2 Product Managers, 4 Full‑stack Engineers, 1 Data Scientist, and 1 UX Researcher.

Reports To

Reports to the Head of Product Design.

Working Conditions

Travel required: 10%.

Standard business hours (35-hour contract), Monday to Friday.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
• Occasional travel to regional offices for design sprints
