Role Summary
Purpose: To design, develop, and audit production‑grade machine learning models that adhere to the 2026 EU AI Act requirements while leveraging modern AI‑assisted development workflows.
Impact: This role directly influences our product's marketability in the EU by ensuring all high‑risk AI systems meet mandatory compliance benchmarks before the August 2026 deadline.
Team Structure
Part of the Core AI Engineering squad, consisting of 4 Data Scientists, 2 ML Engineers, and 1 Compliance Officer.
Reports To
Reports to the Head of Data Science.
Working Conditions
Travel Required: 10%
Standard business hours (35‑hour week contract), Monday to Friday.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
- Occasional travel to the Paris headquarters for team syncs
