Job Description
Reporting to the department responsible for implementing solutions for our customers, as a Solution Engineer , you will act as the main point of contact for french clients , gathering requirements, coordinating project implementation, and ensuring solutions are successfully deployed.You will bridge sales and technical teams, manage timelines and costs, and support configuration and upgrades to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Workingcloselywiththesalesteamsinthearea,presentVusion solutionsandgathercustomerrequirements.
- Assemble, lead, and unite teams around pre-sales projects to prepare for roll-outs for independent or medium-sized retailers.
- Monitor projects using shared tools, ensuring that deadlines are met and costs are controlled.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers (internal and external) for all operational issues — technical, integration, upgrade requests, and installations.
- Support the rest of the team in developing upgrades (templates, technical configurations) for all types of customers.
Qualifications
- min 3 years of experience as Solutions Engineer , Implementation Project Manager , or in project management / IT (network, infrastructure, etc.)
- Fluency in french is required ; English proficiency (written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of another European language would be a plus but not mandatory
- Interest in Retail, Artificial Intelligence, or Computer Vision, IoT industries
- Ability to use technical skills to manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-growing international company
- Organized, autonome ,and with excellent interpersonal skills -ready to take on responsibility and thrive in a dynamic, ambitious environment
