Location: Onsite in Cork, Ireland

Salary: €32,500 gross per year + Uncapped Monthly Commission + sign on bonus €1,000 gross

A day in the life of a Sales Specialist

You will need to manage your pipeline to effectively identify suitable prospects, guide these prospects through the sales cycle, and achieve your sales targets to increase bonus earnings. In consultation with both high and low volume businesses, you will provide demonstrations on the financial products on offer and advise on the benefits.

The perfect candidate is an experienced salesperson capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of a new, existing, or potential customer organization. You must build the correct relationships at all levels, understand the B2B buyer journey, and lead short, single-stakeholder deals as well as complex multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner.

We’ll provide comprehensive product training and ongoing sales coaching to ensure your success.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle leads and guide businesses through the sales process .
• Achieve monthly activation targets and boost earnings with an uncapped bonus .
• Manage your own sales pipeline and deliver product demonstrations.
• Investigate and qualify all leads received, routing relevant leads to dedicated teams for further support.
• Consult with businesses to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Discover the overall business objectives of our client and articulate our client value proposition to the customer.

What we NEED you to have:

• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong sales mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills to build customer relationships and offer long-term targeted solutions.
• Results orientation – confident in engaging all resources to achieve desired outcomes and overachieve set sales targets.
• Strong interest in technology, comfortable explaining technical information to customers and creating custom solutions (experience is a plus).
