How you'll role

In your role as an experienced Financial Advisor, you will effectively plan and manage leads while interacting with potential businesses and professionals in order to achieve both the company’s goals and objectives as well as your own. You will provide bespoke financial advice to local and international clientele. To be successful in this role you will need to exhibit a growth mindset underpinned by a desire to continuously learn and upskill yourself.

Duties & Responsibilities

What you'll do

  1. Achieve objectives and targets through effective planning, lead management, and engaging with potential clients.
  2. Identify and target key stakeholders and ensure strong relationships are fostered.
  3. Contact potential clients and create a rapport by networking and following up on leads.
  4. Conduct in-depth needs analyses and provide comprehensive wealth planning to clients.
  5. Provide sound advice on Investments, Wealth, and Estate planning.
  6. Maintain an internationally recognised customer experience.
  7. Ongoing servicing of client book.
  8. Conduct regular meetings with key clients.

Desired Experience & Qualification

What you'll need

  1. Proven experience in a financial advisory or wealth management role.
  2. CISI level two or equivalent qualification (RE5 being the South African equivalent).
  3. Financial planning and sales experience.
  4. A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  5. A hunter mentality.
  6. High-performing and target driven.
  7. The ability to work independently.
  8. A transferable book of AUM will be beneficial but not essential.
  9. Offshore experience will be beneficial.

Package & Remuneration

Basic + commission (to be discussed at interview stage).
