We are seeking a high-impact Sales Manager to lead a commercial turnaround in our Industrial Applications business in France. This is a mission-critical role focused on aggressively driving growth in the industrial market (chemical, biofuels, food and beverage, pulp and paper and metals), with the clear objective to grow the business. The ideal candidate brings strong negotiation skills, deep knowledge of the local industrial market, and a proven track record in delivering rapid commercial acceleration. Full P&L responsibility is assigned, along with direct leadership of both the front-end sales team and the indoor sales support team. This role is designed for a sales-driven leader with a hands-on approach, capable of executing bold strategies, energizing teams, and turning underperformance into sustained success.**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and energize the French Industrial Applications sales organization (external and internal teams) to exceed aggressive growth targets.
  • Design and execute a bold sales strategy to turn around underperforming areas and capture new market share.
  • Take full ownership of the Industrial P&L in France, including revenue, margin, cost, and resource allocation.
  • Build and expand strong relationships with end users, EPCs, EOMs and key French customers, securing new build projects, rental deals, spare parts and services.
  • Manage and renegotiate frame agreements and large local accounts to maximize profitability.
  • Actively monitor market dynamics and quickly adapt tactics to gain competitive advantage.
  • Report directly to the Regional Head of Sales with full visibility on progress, pipeline, and KPIs.
  • Oversees and coaches a team of 10–15 sales professionals, fostering a high‑performance culture and ensuring clear direction and development.
  • Ensures effective coordination and reporting of sales activities conducted in France.**What you need to suceed:**
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of sales and leadership experience in the French industrial sector, with proven results in turnaround or growth-focused roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen, high energy, and relentless focus on results.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, negotiate complex deals, and drive market penetration.
  • Fluent in French; professional English required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across France.# What we offer you
