Sales Manager – France
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and accelerate sales growth across the French market for I.P.P. The role involves developing the market, managing key accounts, and driving profitable growth for our flexible packaging solutions in France.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales growth across France for I.P.P’s flexible packaging portfolio.
- Develop and execute a country‑level sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers across food and non‑food segments.
- Manage and grow key accounts, building long‑term partnerships with clients.
- Own the full sales cycle, including pricing, negotiations, contract closure, and order generation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management.
- Represent I.P.P in customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions as required.
Requirements
- 10‑15 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging industry.
- Proven experience managing and growing sales within the French market.
- Strong understanding of flexible packaging materials, structures, and applications.
- Demonstrated success in key account management, negotiation, and closing complex deals.
- Results‑driven, commercially astute, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Fluency in French is required; strong English communication skills are essential.
