S4 Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a large-scale S/4HANA Brownfield conversion program. The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting expertise, a proven track record in managing complex SAP programs, and the ability to apply governance rigor while driving delivery.

End date : June extension opportunity
Languages: English / French
Location: Hybrid 3 days a week on site in Paris / 2 days from home
Workload: 5 days per week
Proven Brownfield S/4HANA conversion experience (mandatory).
10+ years' project management experience.
Strong consulting background with proven methodology expertise.
Experience managing large SAP programs with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring alignment with milestones and program objectives.
Apply governance and guidelines across the project, facilitating and managing committees such as change boards, design authority, gate reviews, delivery boards, and RAID review sessions.
Oversee and manage project budgets, monitoring performance, quality, and progress against plan.
Ensure effective project and quality controls, with clear reporting to stakeholders and the SPMO.
Support arbitrations and decision-making processes to maintain strategic alignment.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders via governance committees.
