Job Summary
We are currently seeking an IT SAP Functional Integration Lead to take on a cross-functional coordination and integration leadership role in our ERP transformation journey. Acting as a bridge between business process owners, implementation partners, and technical teams, this person will ensure the consistency, scalability, and alignment of the SAP S/4HANA solution across domains.
This role is key in defining the application landscape and driving architectural decisions in a multi-entity and international environment. It combines both strategic oversight and operational involvement in ongoing projects, with a strong focus on integration, coordination, and solution governance.
Responsibilities & Duties
Functional & Application Architecture
· Define and maintain the functional and application architecture in and around the ERP, primarily SAP.
· Ensure alignment of SAP S/4HANA architecture with overall IT strategy and business objectives.
· Maintain and update the guidelines defining the boundary between SAP and third-party solutions.
· Map and transform business processes to unlock new opportunities and promote value creation.
Project Leadership & Coordination
· Act as the functional lead orchestrator across workstreams in SAP S/4HANA projects in coordination with implementation partners.
· Act as solution guarantor: arbitrate when multiple functional options are possible.
· Ensure consistency of design across domains by identifying interdependencies and integration points.
· Monitor progress of cross-functional workstreams and follow up on key functional integration points with support from the internal IT consulting team.
Governance & Best Practices
· Participate in design authority boards and architecture review meetings.
· Promote industry best practices, supported by early evaluations and benchmarks.
· Facilitate cross-domain coordination meetings, ensuring alignment on milestones and interdependencies.
· Consolidate functional risks and issues; contribute to the definition of mitigation strategies.
Business travels
Travel is required for this position :
Up to 20% Maximum mainly in Europe
Essential Skills
· Proven experience as a SAP Functional Integration Lead or Architect, ideally in S/4HANA transformation programs.
· Strong cross-domain knowledge of Finance, Controlling, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes and their integration in SAP.
· Ability to design and document target enterprise architecture in complex, multi-entity environments.
· Prior experience in PMO roles or functional coordination is a strong asset.
· Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
· Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; French or German is a plus.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work in CSIRT department. The purpose of the service is to help organizations contain, neutralize and remove intrusions by facilitating detection, manipulation and mitigating actual intrusions. The team is also called upon for post-mortem investigations, where the challenge is to support or refute hypotheses formulated following a proven incident. Thales Cyber Solutions CSIRT is young, ambitious and in development.
Your mission :
You will work on clients various security incidents and help CSOC L2 in incident triage. Your daily task will be the maintenance of CSIRT applications and documentation.
Additionally, you will create detection use cases for CSOC and test them stealthily from time to time in a «Pentest» like engagement.
We will ask you to share your knowledge during training or workshops.
Essential Skills
· Highly motivated, interested in the fields of cyber defence and research.
· First experience in a similar job with a system engineer background.
· SCADA environments familiar.
· Requires analytical thinking skills or analytical and problem-solving skills.
· "Dirty and always incomplete" Log analysis capability.
· Could read X86/64 assembly, C, C++, .NET
· Could write python.
· Usage of Volatility, Log2Timeline, Misp, IntelMQ, Wireshark, Tshark, Snort
· Network Fundamentals – TCP/IP Protocols (HTTP, DNS, FTP, SSL, etc.)
· Understandings of threat Intel limitation and capacity.
· Any related certification GCIH – (GIAC Certified Incident Handler) etc…
· Deep Understanding of windows, Osx & Linuxes operating systems
