Are you ready to lead a global, high-impact scientific services program? We are seeking a dynamic Service Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of a leading Life Sciences client program. This is an operationally focused leadership role where your organizational, analytical, and people management skills will make a tangible difference every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the global operational execution of the client program, ensuring governance, service performance, and budget compliance.
• Develop and implement the “service” component of the account plan, including cost-saving initiatives.
• Drive global process and procedure reviews, maintaining compliance with both client and internal standards.
• Collaborate with Quality and EHS teams to promote a culture of operational excellence.
• Manage budgets and P&L effectively, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.
• Lead talent development and performance management for a global operations team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all operational matters.

Who You Are:

• You have a university degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields (advanced degrees a plus).
• You bring experience managing large teams and multi-million-dollar budgets ($40M+).
• You have at least 1 year of experience in high-level client management.
• You excel at problem-solving, analyzing operational data, and implementing practical solutions.
• You thrive in cross-functional environments and can build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in life sciences operations, R&D, clinical or manufacturing environments is highly valued.
