As our business continues to expand in France, we are looking for a driven and capable Project Sales / Project Manager to join our local team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project clients, and continuously identify new business opportunities.
  • Track, develop, and manage project pipelines from early‑stage opportunity to final delivery.
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally with HQ and regional teams (product, R&D, pre‑sales, delivery, etc.) to resolve technical and commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead or support project execution, ensuring smooth communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
  • Deliver product presentations and propose tailored technical solutions based on customer needs.
  • Prepare project reports and contribute to market and industry analysis.
  • Travel frequently within France or Europe depending on project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B project sales or project management.
  • Experience in energy, electrical engineering, or related industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with full project lifecycle management (end‑to‑end / A–Z); experience in large‑scale projects is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in key account development or management is preferred.
  • Strong cross‑functional communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast‑changing business environment.
  • Fast learner with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Language Skills: Fluent French (mandatory) and good command of English for business communication.
  • Prior study or work experience in France is required.
