Technical Project Manager

Position Title: Axium Framework Technology Product Manager

We are seeking a technical product leader who values delivery and coordination to join the Axium framework team. You will be responsible for overseeing the platform's backlog of requirements, converting business priorities into actionable technical tasks, and facilitating cross-departmental coordination until they are integrated into the mainline.

This position is not a functional product manager role, but rather a technical platform-level position that requires a deep understanding of embedded systems, Android firmware, and multi-team coordination (including contributors from France, China, and other regions).

Main Responsibilities

To-do List and Requirement Management

1. Be responsible for maintaining the platform requirement repository, making it the sole authoritative source of information.
2. Decompose business requirements and inputs from the Project Management Office into epics, features, and actionable to-do items.
3. Determine the maturity level suitable for the commitment of the development team.

Planning and Coordination

1. Develop and maintain multiple development plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical paths.
2. Prioritize and rank tasks based on the actual team capabilities and technical dependencies.
3. Coordinate integration until contributions are made to the main trunk.
4. Ensure that the delivery plan is consistent with release management.

Governance and Reporting

1. Facilitate governance ceremonies: To-do review, integration review, blocker point follow-up, value delivery review.
2. Generate monthly key performance indicators, progress reports, risk register and mitigation plans.
3. Document decisions, risks, assumptions and action plans.
4. Promote the adoption of common engineering practices: Jira workflow, completion standards, quality checkpoints, continuous integration/continuous deployment, static code analysis, documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Rich experience as a technical product owner in embedded/firmware environments.
2. In-depth knowledge of the Android platform and its integration limitations.
3. Proficient in task management: decomposition of large projects/functions/stories, acceptance criteria.
4. Extensive practical experience with Jira and delivery tracking tools.
5. Good understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines, release management, and quality control.
6. Capable of coordinating across multiple locations and teams (multicultural environment).
7. Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – all documentation and communication is in English.
