Position: Key Accounts Sales Manager of Europe

Location: Europe, could travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • As a key member of sales organization to accomplish the revenue, margin and account receivable target set on annual basis. The candidate will need to manage key accounts and maintain long-term partnership. The candidate will work with all major utilities, owner, developer, EPC, O&M customers to drive the business. The candidate will perform in business development role for potential market segment or new market. The candidate will also need to perform the following:
  • Help to develop product marketing strategy and establish a long-term strategic partnership with key account
  • Have strong sales ability to close deal and achieve the sales target and KPI
  • Periodically visit key customers, and have project order contacts with leading contractors (big scale) in Hydrogen related industry
  • Help company to gain better brand recognition by assisting trade shows and other public functions;
  • Collect market information, including emerging market data, industry trend, product standard and competitor’s information etc.
  • The candidate will work closely with technical team to fulfill customers’ request and timely communicate with HQ;
  • Other assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience and 2 years’ project sales experience in the PV /Wind energy/renewbale energy business or petro chemical Industry.
  • Familary with renewable energy industry in MENA/Australia/European and have a good understanding of business culture in this area.
  • Having a wide network with key players in renewable energy industry is perferred.
  • Having strong ability to build up the customer’s relationship quickly is perferred.
  • Professional in dealing with international business.
  • Good teamwork and strong team coordination ability.
  • Public speaking skills is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and team player
  • Self-starter and continuous learner
  • Strong passion about hydrogen industry
  • This position will require around 40% of travel
