Job Description

You join the Corporate Portfolio Management France/EMEA team as a Corporate Portfolio Management and take charge of a large and mid-cap portfolio. The "Credit Portfolio and Resources Management" (CPRM) Department is responsible for the active management (risk, RWA, liquidity) of the financing of the Corporate Banking Group (BGC) in relation to all its business lines. The department includes teams from the Portfolio, the Analytics & Insights teams and SAO (Strategic Allocation Optimization). You are in regular contact with the Coverage, Risks, Special Affairs and other teams of CPRM and you participate in certain internal committees or client meetings.

On a daily basis, your missions are to:

  • Prepare credit granting files for the grants, annual reviews and waivers and WatchList sheets within the allotted deadlines;
  • Analyze credit risk, monitor and anticipate proactively the risk on your portfolio’s corporate counterparties by formalizing a credit note for decision-making bodies;
  • Propose and review internal grading;
  • Develop sector expertise on the portfolio considered in connection with its sector pair and the Industry and Senior Bankers;
  • Issue a portfolio opinion for new corporate financing operations entering the portfolio (profitability, track-record portfolio, secondary liquidity, sectoral benchmark) and express the opinion during the various meetings.

As a Portfolio Management Corporate, you participate in the active management of the financing portfolio through secondary sales, particularly as part of the periodic review of the portfolio with a view to anticipating risks and optimizing.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

  • With a higher education in finance, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. You are recognized for your financial analysis skills and knowledge of business financing.
  • You master: Financial analysis; Corporate financing; The Pack Offices tools.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:
  • Rigorous and proactive;
  • Recognized for your synthesis capability, reliability and adaptability;
  • Organized and you know how to manage short deadlines.
  • You master English with a C1 level.
