Job Description

You join the Credit Risk Management department within our Investment Banking team in charge of LBO (Leverage Buy-Out) & SECM (Strategic Equity Capital Market) files, which is looking for a Credit Risk Analyst , for a 1-year apprenticeship from September 2026 .

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• The instruction and financial analysis of credit files transmitted by the professions, as part of the implementation of new operations (grants). Issue an opinion on the quality of the counterparty/transaction risk as well as on the appropriateness of implementing the funding requested for validation with the competent delegations (committees).
• The instruction of annual reviews submitted by the business lines (analysis of the financial situation of companies, update on the Bank’s commitments, data quality, validation of counterparty ratings).
• Portfolio monitoring (forward-looking monitoring, peer groups, rating downgrades, listing on the watch list, etc.).
• Cross-cutting and regulatory projects related to the Leveraged Finance portfolio.
