Job Description
You will join our Flow Credit Trading team, which is seeking a Trader Assistant for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026 .
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting credit traders with their daily work;
Conducting research and analysis, monitoring market trends;
Helping the trading team execute trades;
Reconciling daily and monthly profit and loss (P&L) reports;
Working closely with IT/Operations to continuously improve processes;
Liaising between trading, sales, and middle office to help resolve execution-related issues.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Bac+5 level student, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school). You are interested in financial markets and have already gained initial experience in bond markets. You have a grasp of credit market fundamentals and bond market dynamics, and are familiar with bonds, CDS, and credit indices. You are capable of setting priorities, working under pressure, and completing tasks in a timely manner. You have a good command of Python, VBA, PowerBI, and Excel. You want to learn about bond trading, explore different trading strategies, and understand risk management. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
