Job Description

You will join our Coverage & Advisory team within the Grand Est Regional Directorate (Strasbourg Office), which is looking for a Junior Relationship Manager for a 1-year work-study program starting in September 2026 .

You will join our team, which includes Advisory Bankers working with a broad range of corporate and mid-cap clients.

In collaboration with your supervisor, your main missions will be to:

• Actively participate in the preparation of Credit Committee files, which involve assessing counterparty risk, the client's strategic challenges, and managing the relationship.
• Take part in meetings with the financial departments of client or prospective companies.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at Master's level (BAC +5), you are preparing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Banking/Finance. You have a very good understanding of finance and mastery of credit analysis. You possess a good command of usual office and IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). You are curious, have excellent adaptability and synthesis skills. And last but not least, you are fluent in English.
