THE POSITIONBased in Neuilly sur Seine (92), within our Health Operations Department, we are hiring a Management Unit Supervisor (W/M) to support our growth ambitions.

The Supervisor acts as a managerial relay, overseeing and coordinating operational activities and implementing the action plans defined by the Unit Manager. They are responsible for ensuring service quality and driving the team’s skills development.

Reporting to the Unit Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Operational Management :

  • Coordinate and organize activities within your scope to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure timely and compliant processing of cases, while also contributing operationally
  • Monitor and report on activity, ensuring data reliability

Team Skills Development :

  • Support and guide team members in their skills development
  • Validate cases within your area of responsibility
  • Share knowledge of tools and processes within your operational ecosystem

Team Engagement :

  • Drive discussions around performance and customer‑centric culture (e.g., meetings)
  • Relay key decisions and messages from management
  • Work alongside your manager to steer operations and lead case management staff
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations

YOUR PROFILEYou hold a Bac +2 degree (equivalent to 2 years of post‑secondary education) and have prior experience in the insurance industry.

You have strong customer service skills, are attentive, and a true team player. You are solution‑oriented and proactive in offering suggestions.

You are committed, pedagogical, and demonstrate rigor, organizational skills, and responsiveness on a daily basis.

You are adaptable and able to adopt the appropriate approach depending on the situation or stakeholders involved.
