THE ROLE
The Henner Solutions Courtage Sales Department is recruiting its future “Client Director (M/F)” on a permanent contract.
You will join the HSC SM team, based at our head office in Neuilly-sur-Seine (92), and your role will be to manage and advise a portfolio of brokers/clients across all related activities.
As part of your position, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and recruiting brokers in the group insurance market: tailored life & disability (provident) and health insurance.
- Promoting delegated management and co-broking.
- Responding to tenders.
- Reviewing and analyzing specifications provided by our partners.
- Developing, monitoring, and ensuring the profitability of a customized client portfolio.
- Handling client onboarding and ensuring ongoing account management.
- Participating in cross‑functional projects within the Henner Group.
- Working closely with all teams (Middle Office, technical sales teams).
PROFILE
You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in one of the following fields: Insurance, Finance, Banking, or Management, ideally 5 years experience in health and/or provident insurance.
You are recognized for your rigor, responsiveness, and organizational skills.
You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and team spirit.
You are comfortable with digital tools (Office 365 suite).
A good level of written French is also required for this position.
