Our Sales Department is looking for its future “Sales Advisor (F/M)” on a permanent contract .

In close collaboration with the Head of Department, you will join our offices at the Nantes (44) site.

As part of this professional opportunity, you will be responsible for making telephone contact with our policyholders (inbound and outbound calls) in order to sell supplementary health insurance and protection insurance contracts, in both B2B and B2C markets.

If you decide to join us, your main responsibilities will include :

  • Managing customer requests (subscriptions, changes in coverage, cancellations) through various communication channels (emails, phone calls, mail)
  • Providing advisory support by offering prospects / customers the solution best suited to their needs and budget, preparing quotes, and carrying out commercial follow-ups
  • Monitoring customer files (mail processing, scanning, archiving) by entering information into our dedicated system
  • Handling complaints and implementing the necessary corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction
  • Making outbound calls as part of sales campaigns or to follow up with prospects regarding ongoing quotes.

THE PROFILE

You have initial experience in sales-related activities.

You are recognized for your rigor, responsiveness, and organizational skills.

You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.

You have a good command of written and spoken French (spelling and syntax).
