Management Unit Supervisor W/M
THE POSITION
Based in Villeneuve d’Ascq within our Operations Department, we are recruiting a Management Unit Supervisor W/M to support our growth objectives.
The Supervisor provides managerial support. They monitor and coordinate management activities, implement action plans defined by the manager, and ensure both service quality and the team’s skills development.
Reporting to the Unit Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Operations Management
- Coordinate and organize team activities in line with client commitments
- Allocate tasks and adjust according to needs
- Ensure the accuracy of reporting and data reliability
- Contribute to the onboarding process for new clients
- Check compliance of one or several activities, including file validation
- Analyze and address potential dysfunctions and propose improvements
Skills Development
- Assess service quality delivered by the team (call monitoring, written quality, etc.), implement and follow up on action plans
- Ensure compliance with processes within the team
- Oversee the skills development of case managers
Team Animation
- Drive activity indicators and client culture daily (MVP, meetings, etc.)
- Relay key decisions and messages to the team on behalf of the manager
Contribution and Collaboration
- Ensure compliance with unit operating principles
- Promote Group values by fostering teamwork, mutual support, responsiveness, and communication within the service
- Work in coordination with experts and the Unit Manager to ensure objectives are met
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum Bac+2 (equivalent to 2 years of post-secondary education) with experience in insurance
- Strong customer service orientation, good listening skills, and team spirit
- Solution-oriented and proactive
- Committed, pedagogical, rigorous, organized, and reactive in daily tasks
- Adaptable and able to adopt the right attitude in various situations or with different stakeholders
