Job Description
We are recruiting a Lead Product Manager to ensure the satisfaction of public actors by creating products that meet the needs of improving the quality of public services rendered to citizens, associations, and businesses.
Your missions will be divided into three parts:
- Lead projects
- Organize and frame project implementation
- Define the success of the mission and the product's success for citizens
- Implement tools for project management and communication with clients
- Ensure client and team satisfaction
- Anticipate risks, lift dependencies, and respect contractual requirements
- Carry the commitment of the entire group to the public client
- Participate in responding to calls for tenders
- Describe our customized methodological approach from the offer phase
- Write the commitments we make to our clients, which will be managed in the project phase
- Contribute to improving delivery management practices
- Provide feedback to the group on complex delivery situations
- Document and industrialize proven project management tools
- Enrich the group's methodological expertise based on your learnings
Career Development
Two career plans will be available to you for development within our company:
- Expertise in a sector: carry a long-term commitment to one or several clients as a Key Account Manager and develop precise public sector expertise (e.g., Education, Ecological Transition, Labor)
- Expertise in delivery: develop recognized expertise in the group on delivery management and support delivery teams transversally
Profile Sought
Hard Skills:
- 6-8 years of experience as a Lead Product Manager or Delivery Manager
- Practice agile in multi-squad contexts
- Successfully deliver projects on a fixed-price basis
- Collaborate and work with project teams and C-level executives
- Bonus: experience in the public sector
Soft Skills:
- Good negotiation skills and ability to maintain dialogue and manage conflict between all stakeholders
- Able to understand and perform tasks efficiently
Interview Process
The process takes place in 5 stages over about 10 days:
- A 30-minute qualification call with Clémence, our Head of Talent Acquisition
- A 1-hour cultural fit interview with Clémence and a team member
- A 1-hour professional interview with Marine, our Group Product Manager
- A 1-hour technical interview with Matthieu, our CTO
- A 30-minute final interview with Maxime
