Responsibilities

• Ensure project delivery and quality
• Lead the design of complex features, making sure designs are implementable by dev teams
• Guarantee architectural and code quality with Theodo methodologies (3S) and routines (code review)
• Serve as the client point of contact, driving client satisfaction through backlog refinement, daily ceremonies
• Take responsibility for the success of Software Engineers on the project
• Coach the team through code reviews, pair programming, and regular 1:1 meetings

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in technology, with at least one year as a technical lead
• Mastery of complex web concepts (frontend, backend, database, infrastructure, deployment, CI, logs) and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong interest in code quality and simple infrastructure architecture
• Experience coaching junior team members
• Bonus: expertise on public sector projects, accessibility, or public sector experience

Soft Skills

• Analytical capacity, problem modelling and solution design for complex problems
• Client and team relationship building
• Pedagogical approach, explaining concepts in an accessible way

• Refactor interview (1 h) with CTO
• Modelling interview (1 h) with CTO
• Final interview (30 min) with CEO
