Responsibilities
- Ensure project delivery and quality
- Lead the design of complex features, making sure designs are implementable by dev teams
- Guarantee architectural and code quality with Theodo methodologies (3S) and routines (code review)
- Serve as the client point of contact, driving client satisfaction through backlog refinement, daily ceremonies
- Take responsibility for the success of Software Engineers on the project
- Coach the team through code reviews, pair programming, and regular 1:1 meetings
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in technology, with at least one year as a technical lead
- Mastery of complex web concepts (frontend, backend, database, infrastructure, deployment, CI, logs) and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong interest in code quality and simple infrastructure architecture
- Experience coaching junior team members
- Bonus: expertise on public sector projects, accessibility, or public sector experience

- Analytical capacity, problem modelling and solution design for complex problems
- Client and team relationship building
- Pedagogical approach, explaining concepts in an accessible way

- Refactor interview (1 h) with CTO
- Modelling interview (1 h) with CTO
- Final interview (30 min) with CEO
