Junior Finance Business Partner

With the French business rapid growth phase, Finance will play a critical role in pricing strategy, profitability control, and channel risk management.

The Junior Finance BP will directly support the Head of Finance and work closely with Sales, Marketing, COE SSC and Operations to ensure business expansion is achieved with sustainable profitability and controlled financial risk.

This is a business-facing finance role rather than a traditional accounting position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pricing & Profitability Analysis (Core Responsibility)

• Support vehicle pricing simulations for new model launches
• Build and maintain vehicle profitability models
• Perform price sensitivity and margin impact analysis
• Evaluate profitability of spare parts

2. Commercial Policy & Incentive Management

• Support financial simulation of dealer incentive schemes
• Evaluate financial subsidy / interest support impact
• Monitor policy execution and conduct variance analysis
• Analyze dealer financial statements and liquidity position
• Support credit limit recommendations

4. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support annual budget preparation
• Prepare rolling forecasts
• Analyze variance between Actual vs Budget / Forecast
• Monitor margin evolution and policy cost trends

5. Monthly Business Analysis

• Vehicle and parts gross margin analysis
• Channel profitability analysis
• Operating expense analysis
• Support management reporting preparation

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales / Marketing / Operations
• Support commercial decision-making with financial insights
• Coordinate with COE / SSC teams
• Participate in system and process improvement projects

Profile & Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in Finance / Commercial Finance / FP&A
• Strong analytical and modeling capability (Excel advanced level required)
• Solid understanding of financial statements
• Ability to translate data into business insights
• Fluent in French; English is a strong plus
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset
• Ability to work in fast-growing environment
