Responsabilités principales (En français)

• Piloter la planification projet : Vous définissez les standards, supervisez les plannings, jalons et chemins critiques, et anticipez les risques pour proposer des plans d’actions concrets.
• Coordonner les acteurs internes & externes : Vous consolidez les données planning dans l’IMS, travaillez au plus près des équipes projet et représentez la planification auprès du client.
• Contribuer au développement du service Planning : Vous intervenez sur les plannings en phase d’appel d’offres, veillez à l’application des processus et participez à l’amélioration continue des outils et méthodes.
• Manager l’équipe Planning : Vous encadrez, développez les compétences, recrutez et fédérez une équipe de planners engagés.

Profil recherché (En français)

• Diplôme d’ingénieur ou bachelor dans un domaine technique.
• 15 ans d’expérience en planification de projets complexes.
• Maîtrise experte de Primavera P6 (indispensable).
• Participation à au moins un projet complet, avec présence terrain.
• Leadership reconnu, excellent relationnel, sens de la négociation.
• Anglais courant.

Key Responsibilities (In English)

• Lead project planning activities, define planning standards, supervise schedules, milestones, and critical paths, and proactively anticipate risks to propose concrete action plans.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, consolidate planning data within the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), work closely with project teams, and represent planning topics in customer discussions.
• Contribute to the development of the Planning function, support tender‑phase planning activities, ensure proper application of processes, and participate in continuous improvement of tools and methods.
• Manage the Planning team, supervise, develop, recruit, and engage a team of committed planners, fostering skills growth and team cohesion.

Profile Required (In English)

• Engineering degree or bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 15 years of experience in planning complex industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
• Participation in at least one full project lifecycle, including on‑site presence.
• Recognized leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English.
