IT Business Analyst F/M
THE POSITION
Our Information Systems Department is looking for its future “IT Business Analyst (F/M)” for a final-year internship , starting in march / april for a duration of 4 to 6 months.
Reporting to the manager, you will join the Service Delivery Management team at our head office located in Neuilly-sur-Seine (92) .
The SDM team’s role is to ensure the delivery of IT services to our clients, partners, and employees.
As part of this internship, you will be involved in the following activities :
- Resolving operational challenges for our partners
- Acting as the main point of contact between teams and internal clients, ensuring smooth communication
- Handling operational incidents and managing them end-to-end
- Contributing to the improvement of partner services by collecting, prioritizing, and tracking their requests
- Solving technical challenges in support of development teams
- Facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure operational excellence of our systems
- Advising business teams on potential functional enhancements.
THE PROFILE
You are currently pursuing the final year of your Master’s degree in Computer Engineering at a business school or university.
You are known for your strong interpersonal skills and your enthusiasm for teamwork.
You have a fluent level of english.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will take ownership of certain enhancement requests and develop your methodological approach, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
You will adopt an audit and consulting approach to collect and present information to various stakeholders.
This assignment will raise your awareness of user satisfaction management issues related to information systems, while respecting standards and budgets.
You will develop both technical and functional knowledge in the fields of health insurance and personal protection insurance.
