INTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSABLE RENT PROJECT

Lead and coordinate internal communication for the RENTAL activity, ensuring a consistent flow of information and content among teams through meticulous planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Implement the Internal Communication Strategy
• Coordinate Unifying and Relevant Internal Events
• Create and Edit Content
• Ensure Performance Tracking and Dissemination

Important: This is an internship lasting 3 to 6 months, not a work‑study contract.

Your Skills

• Proficiency in planning, organizing, and tracking multiple projects involving various stakeholders.
• Expertise in creating and editing internal communication content, ensuring alignment with guidelines and delivering effective messaging.
• Capacity to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of internal communication initiatives.
• Aptitude for preparing regular reports, providing insights, and making data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. B2 minimum.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Other Requirements

• Proficiency in the following tools is a plus: Adobe Suite, Figma, Sarbacane, Google Suite (including Google Sites and Looker Studio).
• Currently pursuing an M2 (Master’s level) degree in communication, business, Sustainable development or related fields.
• Availability to begin an apprenticeship as soon as possible.
