Internal Communications Manager (M/F) – Transdev

Location: Headquarters, Issy-les-Moulineaux.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the internal communication strategy by contributing to Group objectives and priority actions.
• Drive core messaging by ensuring Transdev’s purpose, vision, and strategy are clearly conveyed and embodied across all internal audiences.
• Deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns, coordinating actions across digital and physical platforms.
• Lead major internal events (executive seminars, leadership webinars, HQ gatherings), managing logistics, content production, and flawless execution.
• Support the launch and ongoing animation of the new Group intranet (Q1 2026) by overseeing editorial management, onboarding communities, and continuously improving the platform.
• Create engaging content (articles, visuals, videos, campaigns) in collaboration with agencies when needed.
• Oversee HQ internal communications, ensuring consistency and quality across key channels.
• Manage the communication budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Measure and optimize performance by tracking results and recommending improvements.
• Support team leadership by co‑managing one apprentice and fostering collaboration.
• Stay ahead of trends to keep internal communication practices innovative and effective.

Profile

• Experienced communicator: 7+ years in corporate or agency environments, proven track record in internal communication and delivering impactful projects.
• Bilingual: fluent in English and French, able to adapt message to diverse audiences.
• A strategic doer: thinks big, connects the dots, turns ideas into clear, actionable plans.
• A sharp mind: excels at analyzing, simplifying, and shaping complex information into compelling messages.
