Ingénieur.e Amélioration Continue en stage

Eurofins seeks an engineering intern for a 4–6 month continuous improvement role at its Nantes building analysis laboratory. The intern will manage process optimization projects, implement Lean methodologies, and support operational teams in cost reduction and facility modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Pilot improvement projects including facility upgrades, infrastructure, and modernization initiatives
• Implement Lean tools and lead problem-solving workshops within the laboratory
• Analyze production processes to identify efficiency gains and cost optimization opportunities
• Coordinate with technical team and internal stakeholders on project alignment
• Develop and deploy digitalization and automation solutions for relevant laboratory processes

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in industrial engineering, process engineering, or maintenance engineering program
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, Lean management tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen)
• Problem-solving and process analysis skills
• Fluent English for international communications
• Proactive, pragmatic approach with strong teamwork and curiosity
• Technical aptitude for maintenance and manual work preferred
