Chef de projet junior en industrie biomédicale - Stage - F/H

Internship opportunity for a junior project manager in a 250-person biomedical laboratory. The intern will support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives across operational workflows, automation, and digital transformation projects under experienced mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Support redesign of operational workflows from sample collection through analysis and reporting
• Contribute to automation initiatives and AI-based solution implementation
• Participate in digital tool and process improvement specifications
• Develop dashboards, analyze data, and track improvement action plans
• Assist with workspace design projects and Lean/continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Master's level student from engineering school seeking final internship
• Specialization in industrial engineering, industrialization, or biomedical preferred
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI advantageous
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Autonomous work style with practical problem-solving ability
