Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a HR Manager & Office Manager , you will play a key role in shaping and managing our growing team and our finances. Your main responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from job postings to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide solutions.
Culture & Employee Engagement:
- Assist in shaping and strengthening a dynamic, inclusive, and international culture.
- Assist in the implementation of initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.
- Help organize team-building activities and company events.
HR Strategy & Support:
- Run main HR processes and initiatives related to learning, talent development, performance
- Provide guidance and support to managers on people management and team dynamics.
- Assist in performance management and employee development programs
- Manage payroll, contracts and expense processes along with accounting partners
Client billings & accounting follow-up:
- Oversee the client billing processes, mostly automated with Stafiz
- Manage client payments and collection process
- Be the link with our payroll and accounting firm providing them with the right information to help monthly and annual closing processes
What profile we are looking for:
- 2-6 years of HR experience managing HR functions in fast-growing startups or dynamic work environments, with proven success.
- Extensive Talent Acquisition experience , including successful sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding of top talent across departments.
- Experience in office management .
- Strong background in HR administration .
- Proven ability to build and nurture an international startup culture that promotes engagement, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
- Experience working closely with department heads on recruitment, people management, and organizational development initiatives.
Fluency in French and English is a must.
Salary package : 38K€ to 42K€ depending on seniority
It is a full time job offer but we will also consider applications if you work 4 days per week
Job is ideally based in Paris. It can also be based in Lisbon since we have half our team located in Lisbon.
We can also consider remote positions for exceptional candidates
