As the Human Resources & Recruitment Coordinator, you will serve as the operational backbone of the HR department, ensuring the seamless execution of all logistical and administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle.
You will be the primary point of contact for staff regarding their daily needs, ensuring that from the moment a candidate applies to the moment an employee retires, their experience with the EFPRP is professional and efficient. This role requires a meticulous professional who takes pride in order, accuracy, and the smooth functioning of the systems that support our workforce.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications.
- Manage the comprehensive onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain digital employee records and HR databases with precision.
- Assist in benefits administration.
- Organize internal training sessions and team-building events.
- Respond to internal staff inquiries regarding HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports and turnover metrics for management.
Must Have
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Docs and Zohosoftware.
- Attention to detail and strict confidentiality.
- Service-oriented attitude.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in an HR assistant role.
- Basic understanding of payroll systems.
