HR Business Partner – English & French Speaking - Paris – Hybrid - €80,000-€90,000

Our client is seeking a trusted HR Business Partner to join a newly established tech organisation with multi‑million funding, dedicated to shaping the global AI ecosystem. The organisation focuses on outcomes that genuinely matter to people and communities, placing transparency, equity, and public benefit at the heart of everything it builds.

The HR Business Partner will work closely with the leadership team to design and implement HR systems, policies, and practices that support a high‑performing and inclusive organisation. This is a hands‑on role within an early‑stage environment, requiring someone with strong knowledge of French employment law and social security systems. The ideal candidate will bring experience from a large, international organisation, combined with exposure to a smaller, scaling environment, and will be comfortable supporting the organisation’s transition to an international operating model.

This position requires the ability to work on a hybrid basis from the Paris office. Fluency in both English and French is essential, along with a genuine interest in contributing to a mission‑driven AI organisation with a philanthropic focus.

Key requirements:

• French and English speaking
• HR experience, ideally in international or multilateral organisations
• Experience designing and implementing HR policies, processes and systems
• Ability to work in fast‑moving environments
• Knowledge of French employment law and social security systems
• Strong organisational skills
• Demonstrable ability to enjoy and thrive in a start‑up environment
