Human Resources Specialist - CDD

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International HR Specialist to join our global HR team. In this hybrid role, you will primarily focus on driving full-cycle recruitment to scale our international presence, while serving as a key HRBP partner to support our business growth in France markets.
Acting as a vital bridge between our global offices, you will utilize your trilingual proficiency (French, English, and Mandarin) to attract top talent and provide localized HR support that aligns with our global strategy.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment (80%):
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from drafting job descriptions and proactive sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, local platforms, and professional networks.
- Conduct high-quality interviews in French, English, and Mandarin, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Own recruitment KPIs and ATS data integrity, providing data-driven updates to hiring managers.
HRBP & Stakeholder Management (20%):
- Partner with department heads to understand business goals and provide tailored workforce planning and recruitment insights.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers in designated regions, offering guidance on local HR practices and company policies.
- Assist in local HR initiatives, including onboarding, labor law compliance, and employee engagement activities.
- Stay updated on regional talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and labor regulations to advise leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Language Fluency:
- Mandarin Chinese: Native or near-native (essential for HQ communication).
- French: Professional working proficiency (C1/C2 level) for regional operations.
- English: Professional working proficiency (Fluent).
- Experience:
- 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
- Proven ability to manage high-volume or diverse international roles.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry .
- In-depth knowledge of French labor laws, visa/work permit processes, and local compliance.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, "hands-on" global environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
