HR Specialist - CDD

You are going to join the HR Department of BOC Paris Branch as a HR Specialist. Ideal for recent graduates or those seeking their first professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Compensation & Benefits team in data entry, system integration, and other tasks related to HR master data management
• Assist in the performance evaluation process, including coordination and administrative support
• Support communication and daily operations related to expatriate management
• Assist the Compensation & Benefits team in priority projects and ongoing initiatives
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of HR Department

Qualifications

Your qualifications are :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
• Bilingual in French and Chinese, with a good command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
