HR Business Partner M/F (Lyon, Brussels or Lisbon)

W Executive France, an international HR consulting and executive search firm, is seeking an International HR Business Partner (M/F) for its client.

Your main responsibilities :

• Supporting international growth and integrating current and future acquisitions.
• Structuring and harmonising HR practices: talent management, people review, C&B, integration, compliance.
• Supporting and challenging Managing Directors in their role as primary HR managers for their teams.
• Developing managerial skills and strengthening the leadership culture.
• Creating connections and fostering engagement across all European subsidiaries.

The role requires frequent travel (approximately one week per month) and combines strategic vision with hands‑on experience.

Required profile :

• Proven experience (minimum 10 years) as an HR Business Partner or International HR Manager.
• Expertise acquired in specialised distribution, trading or B2B retail environments, with a strong understanding of sales teams.
• Solid business and financial culture.
• Experience working in a multicultural and decentralised environment.
• Bilingual English essential and a good level of French is a plus.
• Leadership combining assertiveness, agility and the ability to build relationships.

Location :

This position can be based in different locations, ideally close to the main subsidiaries: either near Lyon, Brussels or Lisbon, with frequent travel throughout Europe.
