Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and resolutive International HR Business Partner to support and assure HR operational excellence in our EMEA subsidiaries (Spain, Italy, Denmark, Morocco, Türquie, Russia, and Export Area). This role will contribute positively and significantly to team engagement by ensuring a consistent and harmonized deployment of HR policies and practices, focused on the safety, well-being and growth of all employees, in a fair and transparent manner.

Main Goal

The position reports directly to the Worldwide Vilmorin‑Mikado HR Director and works in close collaboration with local HR teams and general managers in the EMEA area. The holder will coordinate and implement the Limagrain group HR policy and HR projects, fulfilling both strategic and operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, execution and monitoring of the global HR strategy in the EMEA region.
  • Ensure correct implementation of HR policies and practices across the scope.
  • Guide, mentor, animate and provide operational support to the local HR team or referents. Act as bridge between HQ and subsidiaries and coach managers through key HR processes.
  • Accountable for all HR reporting within the perimeter.
  • Partner with business teams to align HR strategy with business objectives and roadmap.
  • Serve as the EMEA HR Referent and Ambassador for all topics, providing operational and strategic support for international mobility cases.

Profile

As an experienced HR/Business professional, you demonstrate the ability to combine HR strategic vision with operational expertise, leading and influencing stakeholders without direct authority. You are comfortable working in diverse, international environments.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in HR or equivalent.
  • 5‑10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French or other languages such as Arabic or Russian is a valuable asset.

Location

Position based in France (2 sites): La Ménitré, 49250 (30 km from Angers city center or Saumur) or La Costière, 30210 (20 km from Nîmes city center).

Recruitment Process

  1. First meeting with HR to get to know you.
  2. Second technical meeting with the manager (HR Director).
  3. Third validation meeting with the BU Director.
