Responsibilities

  • Drive quality and contractual commitments
  • Ensure the quality of CRM deliverables and compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Ensure the application and continuous improvement of the project methodology.
  • Lead organizational and tooling transformations
  • Co-define and implement process, method and tool improvements across the group.
  • Oversee major structural initiatives (e.g., 4CADCLIENT, KANTATA, WIKI).
  • Measure performance and profitability
  • Monitor the quality of deliverables and ensure client billing.
  • Manage service margin and safeguard the overall profitability of CRM delivery.
  • Manage managers
  • Organization: support your managerial leads in structuring their scopes (build and run).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivery management, ideally within the CRM domain.
  • Strong experience in managing managers and driving change.
  • Excellent skills in performance management and financial monitoring.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and to unite teams around common objectives.
  • Structured, results-oriented mindset with a strong quality and customer focus.
