LBU Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and ensure successful execution of projects (quality, timelines, commitments, profitability)
• Manage teams: performance monitoring, annual reviews, skills development and training plans
• Optimize staffing and workload planning in line with business and market needs
• Contribute to account growth (upselling, pre-sales support, assistance to sales teams)
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments: manage service delivery, lead steering committees, handle billing
• Produce management reporting and monitor the performance of your LBU
• Act as the key interface for sourcing (recruitment, internal mobility, subcontracting) in coordination with Workforce Management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in team management and operational oversight within an IT/services environment
• Master\'s degree (engineering, business school or equivalent)
• Strong expertise in delivery management (quality, margin, client commitments)
• Proven experience in team leadership and employee development
• Interest in business development and client relationship management
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and steer operations
• Leadership and ability to build consensus
• Strong organizational skills and results orientation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
