Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery and ensure successful execution of projects (quality, timelines, commitments, profitability)
- Manage teams: performance monitoring, annual reviews, skills development and training plans
- Optimize staffing and workload planning in line with business and market needs
- Contribute to account growth (upselling, pre-sales support, assistance to sales teams)
- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments: manage service delivery, lead steering committees, handle billing
- Produce management reporting and monitor the performance of your LBU
- Act as the key interface for sourcing (recruitment, internal mobility, subcontracting) in coordination with Workforce Management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in team management and operational oversight within an IT/services environment
- Master\'s degree (engineering, business school or equivalent)
- Strong expertise in delivery management (quality, margin, client commitments)
- Proven experience in team leadership and employee development
- Interest in business development and client relationship management
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and steer operations
- Leadership and ability to build consensus
- Strong organizational skills and results orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
