Project Manager, Upstream Railway Studies

Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships: define requirements, receive input data, plan work, and handle contractual follow-up.
- Organize field visits and ensure the quality of delivered outputs.
- Present results, defend technical choices, and support decision-making.
- Coordinate external partners and WSP teams, including international collaborators.
- Supervise the production of deliverables by design teams: exploratory studies and feasibility studies.
- Ensure technical coherence, quality, timely delivery, and alignment with contractual requirements.
Requirements
- You hold an engineering degree (Master's level / Bac+5).
- You have at least 10 years' experience in a railway engineering consultancy.
- Strong experience in upstream railway studies (conventional lines, high-speed lines - LGV) and ideally in urban mobility (tram, metro).
- Proven ability to analyze, structure, synthesize, and present arguments.
- Natural aptitude for project management and team coordination.
- Rigour, autonomy, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and a desire to contribute to high-impact projects.
- Fluency in French and English is required to collaborate with our international teams.
